Refund Policy
At CCloses, we are committed to providing high-quality sales services and consultations. Due to the nature of our work—where time, resources, and intellectual property are invested up front—all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
1. No Refunds on Services
Unless otherwise stated in writing, we do not offer refunds on:

This policy exists to protect our time, ensure fair use of our expertise, and maintain business integrity.
2. Exceptions (If Applicable)
In rare cases, at our sole discretion, a partial or full refund may be issued if:

3. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a session or consultation, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll gladly accommodate a new time slot based on availability.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, you will be permanently barred from using our services. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will pursue them to the fullest extent of the law.
5. Digital Products or Downloads
If you offer any downloadable content (e.g., PDFs, sales scripts, templates), all purchases are final. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds.
